Our Sausage has been made fresh daily at Smith's for over 60 years. We make over 10,000 pounds per week & 25,000 pounds per week during the holidays.

Our Barbecue is deboned, chopped, and seasoned right here at Smith's. We roast 30 shoulders overnight!
Our Country Ham is cooked in-house every week. It is available as a whole ham or by the slice.

We use the two-day process (like Grandma used) on our collard greens. They are cooked with ham seasoning, three kettles at a time.
We cook over 80 pounds of chicken breasts a day to make our chicken salad. We cook over 200 pounds a day during the holidays!
We prepare over
1,000 pounds of slaw every week.
Our Pimento Cheese is made daily with 1,000 pounds of extra sharp cheese.
